The booking through our platform
In order to place your shipment on our platform you have to enter your shipment data in the first step and select the shipping method that suits you best.
At this point, it is important that you make the right choice when selecting the packaging material. If your shipment is heavier than 30 kg, it must be transported on a pallet.
Package the tires or complete wheels for shipment
After you have booked your shipment and received the shipping documents, it's time to start packaging.
We recommend shipping on a pallet if the total weight exceeds 30 kg. You will find out how to proceed with the packaging in the lower part of this page.
The collection of tires or complete wheels
For the shipment of tires or complete wheels, our freight forwarders usually collect the goods from the curb.
For this purpose, it is imperative that shipments weighing 30 kg or more are either accessible from underneath or placed on a pallet for shipping.
The delivery of tires or complete wheels
Like the pickup, the delivery of tires or complete wheels is free curbside. For this purpose, our forwarders unload the shipment at the delivery address and obtain the signature for acceptance.

Premium delivery
With premium delivery, the fastest possible delivery date is selected by default. Alternatively, a later delivery date can be selected during the offer configuration.
Premium delivery for pan-European shipments
If you want a fixed delivery date for a pan-European shipment, it is the last day of the specified regular transit time for the premium delivery option.
Premium delivery for groupage freight
If you request a fixed delivery date, we will store your shipments for up to 3 business days free of charge. These are counted from the last business day of the earliest possible term. For each additional business day, we will charge 5€ per pallet space and business day.
Shipping method Direct Loads
If you choose a Direct Load, you can look forward to our fastest transportation product. With this product, the booked vehicle makes its way to the destination on the fastest route and without transshipment.
Prices when shipping tires or complete wheels
The price of shipping tires or complete wheels is highly dependent on the factors of pickup location, destination, selected shipping method and unit weight. You can see your individual price after entering the shipment data on our platform.
Packaging tips for shipping tires and complete wheels
If you have chosen a means of transport in the form of a pallet (unit weight higher than 30 kg) or a carton (unit weight less than 30 kg), you must package the tires or complete wheels properly.
Packaging tips for a shipment in a cardboard box
- Line the bottom of the box with bubble wrap or other cushioning material
- Place tire or complete wheel in the box
- Place bubble wrap or other cushioning material above the goods so that the carton is filled and the goods can no longer move
- Seal the box with adhesive tape
Packaging tips for shipping on a pallet
- Place the first tire or complete wheel in the center of the pallet with the visible side facing upwards
- Then stack the remaining tires or complete wheels. It is important that between each product a thick cardboard is placed
- On the top element place bubble wrap and cardboard
- Finally, fix stacked tires or complete wheels with tension belts or strapping belts
Insuring tires or complete wheels for transport
It is important to note that there is no standard insurance when shipping. In case of damage or loss, only the liability according to the German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSP) applies.
Therefore, we recommend our shipping insurance for expensive products. You can easily and uncomplicatedly add it during the booking process.
